An OpenText™ Core Fax™ account or an OpenText™ XM Fax™ account (on-premises version 8.0+) is required to use this iOS mobile application.

The Core Fax/XM Fax app for iPhone and iPad serves as a robust mobile faxing solution that allows users to send documents conveniently from their devices. This application prioritizes the security of sensitive information, ensuring that confidential data remains protected.

• Users can fax documents while traveling by utilizing the device's camera or by selecting files from various cloud storage solutions such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
• The app enables customization of cover sheets with templates, including options for adding a subject and comments.
• Fax numbers can be entered manually or selected from saved contacts, streamlining the faxing process.
• Favorites can be saved for quicker access to frequently used contacts.
• Configurations for fax options such as priority, resolution, and retries are easily adjustable, along with the possibility to schedule deferred fax deliveries.

Tracking capabilities are integrated within the app:

• Users receive notifications upon the receipt of faxes.
• A comprehensive list of sent and received faxes can be accessed, allowing for management actions such as marking, deleting, resubmitting, sharing, or sending as a new fax.
• The option to annotate and resend faxes facilitates quick responses, such as adding signatures to documents.
